Are your steel gazebo kits permit-ready?
Yes. Every kit ships with engineer-stamped drawings and is permit-ready — the documentation most building departments ask for. Site- and state-specific engineering is available where local conditions require it.
What wind and snow loads is the gazebo rated for?
The frame is engineered to withstand 185 MPH winds and 60 PSF snow loads.
What steel and coating do you use?
A commercial-grade S350 structural steel frame finished with our ZAM® coating — a zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy for maximum corrosion resistance.
Does the gazebo kit come with roofing?
No. Roofing material is not included with the gazebo kit. What ships is the engineered steel frame — columns, beams, purlins, brackets, and fasteners — pre-engineered to accept your choice of metal or asphalt-shingle roofing. You purchase the roofing separately and install it (or have your installer install it) after the frame is up. Only our pergola kit includes its roof, as integrated steel slats.
Does the gazebo need a concrete foundation?
Every kit can set on our EZ Foundation — driven steel piles with no concrete, installed by a two-person crew in about a day — or on traditional concrete footings if you prefer.
What sizes are available?
Gazebo footprints run from 12.5×18 ft up to 47×18 ft, each offered in a Standard and a Heavy-Duty line — 8 configurations in all. Larger spans are possible by linking kits together.
Can I build it myself, or do I need an installer?
Either works. The frame ships as a DIY-friendly kit — every beam, bracket, and fastener cut and pre-drilled — or a certified installer can handle the build for you. Your roofing goes on after the frame is up.
